Position Summary
As a Server, you’ll be the face of our brewery, ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience. From taking orders to delivering food and drinks with a smile, you’ll play a vital role in creating the warm and inviting atmosphere that keeps our customers coming back.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver orders to tables while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Share menu knowledge and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering excellent service.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
