<h3>Job Description</h3>
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team for ongoing commercial construction projects throughout New York's Capital Region. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong carpentry skills, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and experience supervising small crews. Schedule:
<ul>
<li>Monday through Friday</li>
<li>7:00 AM – 3:30 PM</li>
</ul>
 Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project layouts</li>
<li>Perform and oversee metal stud framing and general carpentry work</li>
<li>Lead and coordinate a crew of 2–3 carpenters/laborers</li>
<li>Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with project managers and jobsite personnel</li>
</ul>
 Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter</li>
<li>Strong blueprint reading and layout skills</li>
<li>Experience with metal stud framing</li>
<li>Ability to lead and motivate a small crew</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and willingness to commute up to 30 minutes to jobsites throughout the Capital Region</li>
