Position Summary:

The Site Supervisor/Foreman will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in construction and the ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations, including crew assignments, work progress, and quality control.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of the work plan.

• Enforce safety policies and conduct regular safety inspections to ensure a hazard-free job site.

• Monitor labor, equipment, and material usage to stay within budget and schedule.

• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.

• Resolve on-site issues quickly to prevent delays.

• Prepare and submit daily site reports, including work completed, manpower, and material usage.

• Ensure work meets project quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role in construction.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project schedules.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore) is a plus.

• OSHA 30 certification.
