Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time & PRN | $28–38/hr + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Athene Health & Rehab | Town & Country, MO

Full-Time: $28–34/hour, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus
PRN: $35–38/hour

Vertical Health Services is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants to join our in-house therapy team in Town & Country, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and supportive local leadership.

What You'll Do

Assist in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
Work under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist to support patient mobility and functional goals
Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
Use current equipment and modalities

What You'll Need

Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri (or eligibility)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
