Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join a manufacturing organization in Eden Prairie, Minnesota on a Contract basis. This position is responsible for building a strong pipeline by identifying prospective customers, engaging early-stage opportunities, and advancing sales-ready leads to the sales team. The role works closely with sales and marketing partners to strengthen conversion outcomes through thoughtful outreach, accurate tracking, and ongoing performance analysis.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists by researching companies and contacts that align with the ideal customer profile.
• Assess inbound and outbound leads against established qualification standards before transferring sales-ready opportunities to the sales team.
• Oversee lead records, outreach activity, and pipeline updates within CRM and marketing platforms to ensure reliable data quality.
• Partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to improve campaign targeting, strengthen lead quality, and increase conversion rates.
• Monitor lead generation results and prepare regular reporting on activity levels, pipeline contribution, and key performance indicators.
• Experiment with messaging, channel strategy, and audience segmentation to improve response rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Support digital demand generation efforts by coordinating outreach initiatives tied to broader media and marketing campaigns.• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, demand generation, or a closely related function.
• Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects professionally and clearly.
• Proven ability to research organizations and contacts to create focused outreach lists.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, follow processes, and work toward measurable targets.
• Familiarity with demand generation strategy, digital analytics, and campaign performance measurement.
• Experience supporting digital media campaigns and programs designed to drive lead generation.
