Subject: Supervision Opportunity with Ubuntu Psychotherapy Group, LLC
Seeking the possibility of an Psych NP to join Ubuntu Psychotherapy Group, LLC as a supervising provider for two new Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who are joining our practice and cary a small caseload of 5-10 clients.
We are looking for a seasoned clinician who can provide clinical supervision and support as they develop their skills and caseload. Specifically, we’re hoping you might be available to:
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision and consultation
- Support diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, and medication management decisions
- Offer guidance around best practices, documentation, and risk management
We are able to offer $80-$100 per billable hour for your supervision services. Scheduling can be flexible, and we’re open to discussing a structure that works well for you (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly meetings, virtual or in-person if feasible).
