\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\n
- \n\t

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to adult medical-surgical patients
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Perform patient assessments, monitoring, and documentation
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and best practices
\n\t\n
\n\nEducation & Certification Requirements\n\n

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Illinois or compact-eligible)
\n\t\n\t

BLS certification (AHA required)
\n\t\n\t

Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg experience preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills
