A very highly-rated and growing Adult Health Day Centeris seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN). This is an excellent opportunity for a RN to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused environment that valuestraditional Latincultural roots and senior care. Responsibilities
- There are no bedside responsibilities involved in this role
- Provide daily nursing oversight, clinical support, and health monitoring for adult day health participants
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, and staff
- Partner closely with LPNs, program staff, and internal team members to support smooth day-to-day operations
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR system
- Support seniors experiencing memory loss or cognitive challenges with patience and compassion
Credentials and Qualifications Needed
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred
- Experience working with seniors in a healthcare or senior-care setting
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to senior care
- Comfort with computers and electronic medical records
