Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, repairing holes, and applying primer.
- Mix and match paints, stains, and finishes to achieve desired color and texture.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Protect surrounding surfaces with drop cloths, masking, and other protective materials.
- Maintain tools and equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
- Follow project specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
- Perform touch-ups and finish corrections as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous painting or maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, and finishing materials.
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Physical ability to stand, lift, climb, and work on ladders or scaffolding.
