Job Description
Customer Service Representative needed to answer calls from customers, produce and send reports to customers, coordinate technician schedules, and overflow duties from other team members.
Light accounting duties such as following up with customers regarding open balances will be required.
Successful applicant will have good communications skills and the desire to help our customers.
Candidates should expect pre-employment drug screening including hair analysis.
This position uses Microsoft word, excel, outlook, Quickbooks, and Corrigo software.
