Your role

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems to meet industrial specifications.
• Conduct thorough inspections, pinpoint issues, and restore peak performance.
• Partner with project managers and trade partners to hit milestones and deliver quality.
• Apply rigorous safety practices and align with industry standards on every task.
• Provide friendly, clear customer service and training on system use and care.
• Continuously learn—adopt new HVAC tech and refine best practices.

What you bring

• Hands-on experience with HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of industrial construction processes and workflows.
• Familiarity with HVAC/R equipment, controls, and system components.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical schematics accurately.
• Strong diagnostic mindset and attention to detail.
• HVAC certification and relevant state/local licenses preferred.
• Team-oriented communicator who collaborates effectively.
