AP Executive Staffing is partnering with a highly respected, growth-oriented specialty medicine practice in the Western New York market to identify passionate Physical Therapists. WIth multiple locations throughout WNY, choose a site that works best for you and join a collaborative, high-performing therapy team where you’ll work closely with physicians to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
NOTE: Their gym hours are 7am to 7pm, so your schedule will involve a week where you have 2 early starts (630am/730am) and 2 late starts(1030/1130am & Friday midday (8-430pm window)*

Specific functions will include:
- Review physician referrals and evaluate patient conditions to develop customized treatment plans
- Assess strength, mobility, functional capacity, and overall physical condition to guide care
- Deliver hands-on therapy including manual techniques and therapeutic exercise programs
- Educate and guide patients through rehabilitation exercises and at-home care plans
- Track and document patient progress within electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Collaborate closely with physicians, athletic trainers, and care teams to optimize outcomes
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and recovery progression
- Support clinic goals related to patient volume, outcomes, and satisfaction

- Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (NYS required)
- 2+ years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred
- Experience with EMR systems (MEDENT or similar strongly preferred)
- Comfortable working in a clinical/gym-based environment with active patient engagement
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Prolonged standing and active movement throughout the day
- Close interaction with patients and clinical staff
Compensation: $75,000 – $105,000 + Quarterly Bonus based on performance metrics including patient outcomes and satisfaction. Salary is based on experience, credentials, and market alignment
