We’re looking for a Senior Corporate Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves digging into the details behind the numbers. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key accounting areas such as inventory, payroll, allocations, and eliminations — helping ensure financial accuracy and supporting business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who’s ready to take the next step in their career, contribute to process improvements, and work with a collaborative finance team. This position will be 4 days in office, 1 remote, located in the southeast Twin Cities metro.
What You’ll Do
- Handle journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations for month-end close.
- Manage accounting activities related to inventory, payroll, and intercompany transactions.
- Support external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on ERP enhancements and process improvements.
- Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field
- Public accounting/private combo - open to straight public accounting experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing or multi-entity environment.
- CPA or CMA certification (preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive problem solver who enjoys improving systems and processes.
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and general business applications.
