What You’ll Do
As our Head of People, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our team and ensuring we maintain a culture of excellence and transparency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company’s mission and values.
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to build and maintain a high-performing team.
- Managing employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Identifying opportunities for professional development and growth within the team.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- A proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
