Job Details:
- Location: Spokane Valley, WA

- Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
- Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- Duration: 13-week contract with the possibility of extension
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and on-call (typically one weekend per month)
- Productivity: 25-32 per week, 150-250 miles per week expected
- Compensation: Hourly pay, negotiable with clientbased on experience and territory budget
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k after 90 days, .38c visit to visit mileage Reimbursement
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and update patient records
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, home safety, and self-care techniques
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Homecare Homebase software
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide care during occasional weekends as scheduled
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior agency home health experience is essential
- Software: Proficiency with Homecare Homebase & Oasis required
- Licensure: Active Washington Registered Nurse (RN)License
- Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or American Red Cross
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation
