We’re seeking a Donor Services Scheduling Coordinator to help ensure our life-saving blood collection operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is your opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our mission and community.

What You’ll Do:

As the Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll be the organizational heartbeat of our donor services team. You’ll:

  • Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly staff schedules for both fixed sites and mobile blood drives.
  • Adjust schedules in real-time to accommodate staff availability and operational needs.
  • Communicate updates clearly and professionally to team members.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure optimal staffing and compliance.
  • Support onboarding, training, and quality assurance efforts within the Donor Services department.
  • Occasionally assist with donor registration and screening.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of progressive management experience. Blood center and phlebotomy experience are a plus!
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.
    • Proficiency in typing (35+ WPM) and scheduling software.
    • Ability to train and support staff while maintaining compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments, including mobile units.
