Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Opportunities are available for experienced Special Education Teachers to support students in the Lancaster, PA area for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. These full-time positions offer a contract assignment with approximately 37.5 hours per week, focused on delivering inclusive and effective educational support to students with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals.
- Adapt instructional materials and methods to meet student needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in pliance with district and state guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Special Education certification.
- Current Pennsylvania clearances.
- Strong mitment to creating positive and supportive learning environments.
- Effective munication and collaboration skills.
