Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Full-Time OB/GYN to join our team in the Tampa Bay Area.
Practice Highlights:
- We are a well-respected private practice expanding our team with the addition of a new MD.
- The current team consists of 3 MDs and 1 midwife, supported by a full front and back-office staff.
- Our operations are centralized in one office and one hospital location.
- Call schedule is set at 1:5 for both weekdays and weekends.
- Our practice exclusively covers our own patients, with no unassigned cases or emergency room calls.
- Deliveries take place at Advent Health Tampa, which features a Level III NICU.
- Work schedule includes 3.5 days in the office and 1 day in the operating room, coinciding with call duties; a half day off follows post-call.
- Expected patient load is between 20-25 patients daily.
- We pride ourselves on a supportive culture, with many staff members having been with us for over a decade.
- Our practice utilizes advanced tools such as Dragon, AI scribes, and in-person scribes to streamline documentation.
Compensation and Benefits Highlights:
- Base salary starting at a minimum of $300k, with potential for higher compensation based on experience.

Requirements:
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
- Possession of a current, unrestricted Florida State Medical License or the ability to obtain one.
- Current, unrestricted DEA License or the ability to secure one.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
