Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An exceptional opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a dynamic elementary school in Bothell, WA. This leave contract position offers flexible scheduling options to fit your availability, with either one day per week focusing on a small preschool caseload or up to four days per week serving a wider range of preschool through elementary age students.

Start Date: Immediate through March 27, 2026
Schedule Options:
- 1 day per week (serving 9 preschool students)
- 4 days per week (serving approximately 36 preschool through elementary students)
Work Setting: In-person
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid Washington State SLP License
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings, especially preschool and elementary age children
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with educators and families
- Ability to deliver individualized therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and progress monitoring
- Design and implement evidence-based therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student communication goals
- Document and report student progress per district guidelines
- Provide support to ensure students meet their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
