Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exceptional opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a dynamic elementary school in Bothell, WA. This leave contract position offers flexible scheduling options to fit your availability, with either one day per week focusing on a small preschool caseload or up to four days per week serving a wider range of preschool through elementary age students.

Location: Bothell, WA

Position Type: Leave, Contract
Start Date: Immediate through March 27, 2026
Schedule Options:

  • 1 day per week (serving 9 preschool students)
  • 4 days per week (serving approximately 36 preschool through elementary students)
    Work Setting: In-person

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Valid Washington State SLP License
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings, especially preschool and elementary age children
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with educators and families
  • Ability to deliver individualized therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and progress monitoring
  • Design and implement evidence-based therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student communication goals
  • Document and report student progress per district guidelines
  • Provide support to ensure students meet their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
