Job Description
About the Role:
Seeking a Project Manager/Architect to lead projects from concept through construction, manage schedules and budgets, conduct site visits, and ensure quality and code compliance. ArchiCAD experience (or willingness to learn), licensure, and LEED accreditation are a plus.
Qualifications:
- B. Arch or M. Arch
- Licensed Architect preferred
- 5+ years in an architectural firm
- Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and technical detailing
Responsibilities:
- Manage all project phases: Pre-Design to Construction Administration
- Conduct site visits and handle construction administration tasks
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Collaborate with the team using industry-standard software
