Salary Range: $53,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and develop new sales leads through outbound calls and emails.
  • Present and demonstrate manufacturing products and solutions to potential customers.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and sales agreements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed customer records and sales activities in CRM system.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and shipping teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales or business development, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial products, or technical components.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for phone, email, and virtual interactions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and build strong customer relationships.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with technical drawings, specifications, or manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency with manufacturing-specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor).
  • Prior sales experience within a specific manufacturing sector (e.g., automotive, aerospace, industrial automation).
  • Fluency in a second language relevant to key customer markets.
