Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors.

Duties

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Make introductions for clients to trusted CPAs, Estate Planning Attys and Healthcare professionals

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department

- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and project coordination

- Address client service needs with Schwab

- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed

- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings

Experience

- Previous experience in servicing clients or guests preferred (Could be at a similar firm, a Bank, Banquet position, Restaurant, Law Firm, etc.)

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Solid experience using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
