We’re looking for a skilled lead handyman who knows how to assess a project, communicate clearly with clients, and ensure the work is completed to the highest standard. If you're ready to build your own crew, take ownership of your work, and do it without being micromanaged — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Performing high-quality home repairs and improvements (carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, light plumbing/electrical, light yard work, etc.)
- Estimating job costs and working directly with customers to scope new work
- Communicating with clients, collecting payments, and requesting reviews
- Taking before/after photos and updating job info in our system
- Showing up prepared, acting professionally, and protecting clients’ homes (booties, drop cloths, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on handyman, renovation, or construction experience
- Confidence estimating and quoting small-to-large sized jobs
- Strong skills in at least 3 trades: drywall, painting, carpentry, flooring, light electrical, etc.
- Self-motivated, organized, and good at solving problems on the fly
- Great with clients — professional, respectful, and clear communicator
- Bring your own solid set of tools — we’ll fill in the gaps with any extras you need
- Valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stay active during the day
- Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, on ladders, and on roofs as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to provide previous employment references
