Now Hiring: Dental Hygienist (FT or PT – Flexible Schedule!)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Dental Hygienist who loves building strong, one-on-one relationships with patients to join our office! You’ll be the primary hygienist, playing a key role in shaping the patient experience and making a real impact every day—while being supported by a tenured, fun, and welcoming team that truly enjoys working together,

Flexible Scheduling Options (Full-Time or Part-Time Available):

  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Our hygienist performs a variety of preventative procedures while educating patients on oral health. From routine cleanings to personalized hygiene instruction, you’ll play a key role in helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles.

Beyond clinical care, you’ll guide patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide education on how nutrition impacts overall dental health.

We’re big on teamwork—you’ll collaborate closely with the dentist(s) in your office to deliver the best possible patient care. While you’ll lead the hygiene program, you’ll never feel alone—our experienced, long-standing team is there to support you, and we offer a dedicated hygiene support team for ongoing coaching and growth.


Responsibilities

  • Provide oral hygiene services including thorough and gentle prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polish restorations, and application of cavity preventative agents such as fluorides and sealant applications
  • Accurately chart a review of patient dental history and update as necessary, patient's periodontal health, record provided treatment, and handle patient records securely and in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Provide assistance as directed by the dentist
  • Administer local anesthetics, if allowed by dental practice act

Qualifications

  • A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • Ability to manage time efficiently
  • Excellent verbal skills to communicate professionally with patients and staff
  • Ability to travel between locations preferred
