Job Description

Residential Electrician – New Construction

Steady work. Clear expectations. Room to grow your craft.

If you know residential new construction, or you’re motivated to get there, and you want a shop that runs clean and predictable, this role is worth your time. At Fusion Development, you’re helping build homes people live their lives in, while working with a crew that respects the work and your time.

What You Get

  • $18.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on skill, experience, and output
  • Quarterly bonuses tied to team performance
  • 40‐hour weeks as the norm, with overtime available but rarely mandatory
  • Steady, year‐round new construction work
  • Health insurance and paid time off
  • Clear expectations and a shop that does what it says
  • Real paths to growth, responsibilities, pay, and leadership as your skills increase

The Work

  • Residential new construction wiring for homes and townhomes
  • Rough‐ins, trims, and undergrounds
  • Reading plans and wiring clean and organized
  • Working at a steady production pace without cutting corners
  • Taking pride in installs you’d be happy to show in 10 years

Growth and Opportunity

  • Advancement is based on performance, reliability, and quality, not politics
  • Lead roles are earned through consistency and output
  • We value seasoned electricians and invest in motivated people who want to build a long‐term career in the trade
  • Opportunities to pick up new skills, tools, and responsibilities as you develop

You’ll Do Well Here If You

  • Show up on time and ready to work
  • Take pride in clean, tight installs
  • Care about quality and pace
  • Respect the crew, the schedule, and the jobsite
  • Want consistency instead of constant fire drills
  • Like doing solid work, getting paid fairly, and then having a life outside the job

How Our Jobs Run

  • Clean sites and organized work
  • Materials and plans are ready before the job starts
  • Problems get handled, not argued about
  • Crews help each other and move together
  • No screaming, no drama, no 60‐hour weeks as the default

Hiring Process

  • Quick intro phone call
  • One in‐person interview
  • One follow‐up call
  • Most hires are completed within two weeks

If you are a residential electrician, or on your way to becoming one, and you want steady work with a crew that respects the job and each other, we’d like to talk.
