Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Active state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, documentation, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering student success in both group and individual settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ communication goals
- Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
- Provide expertise in language development, social communication, and augmentative communication approaches as needed
- Maintain accurate records, manage schedules efficiently, and engage in ongoing professional development
