The HR Administrator will play a vital role in supporting HR operations and ensuring smooth processes across multiple office locations.
Job Description
As an HR Administrator, you will report to the HR Director and provide day-to-day support for the human resources department. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Coordinate recruitment logistics, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Initiate background checks and drug screenings.
- Generate standard HRIS reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, PTO balances).
- Prepare spreadsheets for tracking hires, terminations, and leaves.
- Log and update leave status in HRIS.
- Support audits and compliance reporting.
Qualifications
Required:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of administrative or HR support experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred:
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
- Experience generating HR reports and managing HRIS systems.
