Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to join our team in a dual capacity as an Insurance Office Customer Service Representative and Life Insurance Specialist. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to insurance clients, managing office operations, and offering expert guidance on life insurance products to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of insurance policies, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Office Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, billing, and coverage details.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in clients with professionalism and promptness.
  • Assist clients in completing applications, forms, and documentation accurately.
  • Maintain and update client records and databases with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups between clients and insurance agents or specialists.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Property & Causality license preferred or ability to obtain them
