CNC Set Up I Position Qualifications:

• Set Up experience is required.
• Familiarity with or a strong aptitude to quickly learn and navigate: Slack (team communication app), BambooHR (HR/Timesheet software), JobBOSS (operation management software), Internal Storage Database & Microsoft Office.
  
• Ability to stand for most of the assigned shift.
  
• Ability to lift 35lbs or more (when boxes are fully packed).
• Ability to be coachable, adaptable and willing to learn.
• Must be18 years old or olderto operate a CNC Machine.

This position is:

• 1st Shift Position: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm

The following is a brief job description/task list of the CNC Set Up I position:

• Load and unload material from machines
• Record Data in Data Collection
• Monitor and Maintain Product Conformity (Verify Calibration & Condition of Gages, Ability to complete First Articles)
• Be Aware of, Maintain and Manage Job Specific Requirements (Production Rates, Operation Details, Set Up & Set Up Data, Programs & Tooling, Fixture Organization, etc.)
• Understand Product Identification Processes (In-Process, Non-Conforming, etc.)
• Ability to Train Others on the Basic of Being a Good Operator, as needed
• Basic Machine Maintenance
• Assembly, Packing, Tumbling, Deburring, Running Production
• 3S Sort, Shine, Standardize
• Follow Safety Guidelines
• Serve our team and customers
