Job DescriptionJoin our established primary care clinic in Uniontown where we are seeking a dedicated and reliable Nurse Practitioner to be a key player in our collaborative team across various specialties. Your Role:
• Conduct patient interviews, examinations, and gather medical histories
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood work, imaging studies, and EKGs
• Diagnose and treat common medical conditions and minor injuries
• Prescribe medications and therapies within your scope of practice
• Perform therapeutic procedures such as suturing wounds, casting fractures, and administering injections
• Provide patient education on preventive care, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: At least 1 year as a Nurse Practitioner
• Credentials: Clean, active NP license and current BLS certification
• Commitment: A dedication to delivering high-quality patient care
