Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico
Setting: Long-Term Care Facility
Assignment Duration: 8 Weeks

Shift Type: Variable – Night Shift
Shift Length: 12-Hour Shifts

Job Summary:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in a long-term care setting. The CNA will provide direct care to ensure resident comfort, safety, dignity, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Support nursing staff with patient care tasks as needed
Follow infection control and facility safety protocols at all times

Qualifications:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced care environment
