OTR WESTERN REGION CLASS A DRIVER NEEDED IMMEDIATELY!!! Will haul HAZMAT from Los Angeles to locations in the Western U.S. and back. Benefits include:
- Starting Pay rate $32.00 per hour
· 2 weeks paid vacation; 3 weeks after the fifth year of employment

A.G. Layne is a chemical distribution company headquartered in Los Angeles with a branch in Phoenix, Arizona and has been in business since 1964. This position will be instrumental in managing our growth by transporting loads of packaged chemicals from our Los Angeles facility to customers in the Western states, and other locations if needed. We have a good record of employees working here for many years with a couple over thirty years, and some have retired from the company. We treat employees well and in return receive their loyalty, great work ethics and long records of employment. Class A drivers only.
Any offer made for employment is contingent on successfully passing a background check, having a clean driver’s record with at least 5 years hauling HAZMAT experience, our insurance company’s approval to provide coverage and a negative drug and alcohol test. Enrollment in our drug alcohol program is required. Interstate license is required. This position requires the applicant to be capable and comfortable climbing up and down the trailer, dropping and hooking. It also requires the candidate be capable of periodically lifting up to approximately 50 pounds.
