Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity exists for skilled professionals to provide essential services in a K-12 educational setting located in El Cajon, CA. This contract position is focused on supporting students with communication disorders, ensuring they receive the guidance and resources needed for their academic success.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in a school setting, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Location:El Cajon, California
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
- Stay updated on best practices and product developments in the field
