Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are urgently seeking 3 Pharmacists for a 13-week temp-to-perm assignment on 2nd shift in Fairfield, Ohio. This position involves overseeing pharmacy operations and ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing.

Position Details:
Location: Fairfield, OH
Shift: 2nd shift, 4:00pm 12:00am

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise pharmacy technicians and data entry clerks to ensure accurate data entry, workflow, and security of the pharmacy area
Oversee ordering and prepacking processes performed by pharmacy technicians
Review all new medication orders for appropriate dosing, drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications before dispensing
Assist with ordering, handling, receiving, documentation, and storage of controlled substances
Maintain perpetual inventory for schedule II drugs

Requirements:
Clear and active pharmacist license in the state of Ohio
Experience in a high-volume or compounding pharmacy setting is a plus
