What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze regional insurance trends to guide agents on product placement and competitive strategy.
  • Build lasting, trust-based relationships with agents—becoming their go-to resource for product expertise and growth support.
  • Evaluate and onboard new agency partners; assist with contracting and long-term success planning.
  • Interpret agent performance metrics (production, loss ratios, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Guide agents through onboarding and training on Bankers products, platforms, and best practices using modern communication tools.
  • Help plan and execute impactful agent meetings, events, and conventions.
  • Serve as a consultative problem-solver for agents navigating complex challenges.
  • Maintain an in-office presence as needed to collaborate with internal teams.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and credit check required.

What You Bring:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and markets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
  • Background in a service-oriented business

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree and P&C license and FL 120 license or willing to obtain
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
