SERVPRO Team Marchese is seeking a skilledConstruction Manager to oversee reconstruction projects from estimate to completion. If you enjoy helping people through difficult situations, excel in fast-paced environments, and deliver exceptional customer service, this role may be your perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the customer experience, maintain communication, and ensure satisfaction.
- Perform final walk-throughs, resolve punch lists, and manage warranty activities.
- Evaluate, estimate, and sell reconstruction projects.
- Document scope of work and create accurate Xactimate estimates.
- Obtain permits and coordinate with adjusters, inspectors, and engineers.
- Create schedules, manage budgets, and ensure job profitability.
- Hire, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and crews.
- Ensure all work meets local codes, specifications, and SERVPRO quality standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Construction and/or restoration experience strongly preferred.
- Xactimate experience required.
- IICRC Certifications preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel (occasional overnights).
- Ability to walk, stand, climb ladders, and work in construction environments.
