Compensation

Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative services to patients in a healthcare setting. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and support patients in achieving maximum functional independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and work-related skills
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Schedule Details
- Shift: Day Shift
- Hours: Approximately 35 hours per week
- Duration: 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Occupational Therapist license
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Two professional references
- Strong communication and documentation skills
