Tool Builder - 1st and 2nd Shift Openings $18 - $30 per hour

Position SummaryIn this role, you will be working as a Tool Builder in an Aerospace setting.
Position Responsibilities:
• Execute build as represented in manufacturing plan and on prints for most medium and difficult complexity jobs • Operate most manual machines including lathes, presses, grinders, and Bridgeport's • Work on a wide variety of projects with frequent, established deadlines • Achieve quality and production goals • Lead 3–5-person crew, providing direction and guidance • May have potential for travel • Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
• Effective oral and written communications • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Self-motivated but able to take direction • Understand and work to all QMS procedures and work instructions • Ability to read complex blueprints • Identify and find specifications within blueprint given • Geometric tolerances (understand and recognize some symbols) • Understanding of general tolerances • Comprehend simple sections and views • Understand reference system • Strong understanding of Catia V5 and or Enovia
