Paid Digital Advertising
- Plan, build, and manage Meta and Google ad campaigns for GEM clients across multi-day music festivals, county fairs, and performing arts events
- Monitor campaign performance daily, pull reporting, and translate data into clear client-facing insights
- Own audience targeting strategy including custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting segments
- Collaborate on creative assets and write ad copy that drives ticket sales, not just clicks
- Identify and escalate performance issues or ad account anomalies in real time
- Support media plan builds and budget pacing across multiple concurrent campaigns
Content Creation
- Write and produce social media content for client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X
- Develop content calendars aligned to ticket on-sale windows, lineup announcements, and event milestones
- Write email campaign copy, subject lines, and audience-segmented messaging using our F.A.I.R. framework
- Support blog content production for GEM and client brands
- QA all outgoing content for brand voice, accuracy, and platform best practices before publishing
- Generate UGC-style and short-form video concepts to support organic and paid social strategies
Artificial Intelligence- Agent Development & Workflow Automation
- Build, test, and maintain AI agents and automation workflows that streamline GEM marketing operations
- Develop prompt libraries, content generation tools, and AI-assisted campaign planning assets
- Identify repetitive tasks across client accounts and build solutions that reduce manual lift
- Collaborate with leadership to prototype and deploy internal tools powered by large language models
- Stay current on AI tooling, agent frameworks, and marketing automation platforms and bring recommendations to the team
- Document AI builds clearly so the team can operate them without needing a technical background
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Paid Media Experience: 1 to 3 years running Meta and/or Google ad campaigns, ideally in live events, entertainment, or consumer brands
- Content Chops: Strong writer who can shift voice across client brands, from rowdy country festivals to polished performing arts venues
- AI Fluency: Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar. Bonus for experience with agent frameworks, n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable reading campaign dashboards and translating performance metrics into plain language recommendations
- Builder Mentality: You do not wait to be handed a process. You spot inefficiency and build the fix
- Live Events Passion: You understand what it means to market a moment. Festivals, fairs, concerts, and the energy around them genuinely excite you
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with ticket sales platforms (Etix, AXS, Ticketmaster) or festival marketing environments
- Familiarity with tools like Swydo, Triple Whale, or other ad reporting platforms
- Experience building GPTs, Claude Projects, or custom AI tools for marketing use cases
- Background in photography, video editing, or graphic design to support content production
- Exposure to audience segmentation frameworks or email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In your first 90 days, you will be running live campaigns, producing client content with minimal oversight, and have shipped at least one AI tool or automation that makes the team measurably faster. Within six months, you will be a trusted point of contact for your client accounts on both the ads and content sides, and will have a track record of building solutions, not just completing tasks.
