We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. This contract to permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for visitors, manage administrative tasks, and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to ensuring the office runs smoothly.


Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors with courtesy and attention to detail.

• Manage a multi-line phone system, including answering and directing calls efficiently.

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.

• Coordinate email correspondence and respond promptly to inquiries.

• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff.

• Prepare reports and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

• Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to information.

• Uphold detail-oriented phone etiquette in all interactions.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.

• Proven experience handling multi-line phone systems in a detail-oriented setting.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Exceptional organizational and file management skills.
• Ability to schedule appointments and coordinate calendars effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to perform accurate data entry and manage correspondence.
