The Northern Lighthouse Inc. is seeking a full time case management position to add to our amazing team! This opportunity includes hybrid scheduling options, with in office training/orientation. A case manager provides advocacy, skill development, community integration, and aid in finding resources for children and their families, as well as adults.

- Must have a BA from an accredited institution of higher education, preferred in a social services related field.
- MHRT(-C) preferred, must be willing to obtain MHRT if needed

Primary Duties and Professional Responsibilities:
- Maintaining an average of 25 billable hrs weekly for a full time position.
- Attend supervisory meetings/clinical supervision as required. For case managers working 20+ hrs of direct service weekly, 1hr of supervision weekly (4hrs monthly) are required. Those working less have a prorated requirement based on how many hours they work.
- Complete required documentation on time weekly to stay in compliance with agency and state requirements. Organize work tasks and job duties through the effective utilization of time management in order to complete assignments and position responsibilities according to agency and funding source deadlines and criteria.
- Maintain confidentiality of all clients and provider related information and activities and demonstrate a commitment to established ethical standards.
- Provide direct assistance to clients and families in accessing and securing resources.
