We are seeking a skilled DME (Durable Medical Equipment) Fitter and Coordinator to join our Cherry Hill, NJ clinical team. This role focuses on providing patient-centered support through equipment fitting, device setup, and care coordination. You will work closely with clinicians and patients to ensure proper use of equipment and optimize patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Fit and adjust durable medical equipment (DME) for patients, ensuring proper function and comfort
- Educate patients and caregivers on safe equipment use, care, and maintenance
- Coordinate equipment orders, deliveries, and follow-ups with clinical staff and vendors
- Maintain accurate patient and equipment records
- Collaborate with clinicians to support patient treatment plans
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
Requirements
- Experience working with DME or related medical equipment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate equipment logistics efficiently
