- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and answering questions about our menu.
- Provide quick, efficient service while ensuring that every order is accurate and of high quality.
- Safely operate equipment and tools to prepare a variety of frozen desserts and other food items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
- Follow instructions to ensure consistency in product quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Comfortable using equipment and performing tasks that require hand and wrist movements.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality standards.
