Position Summary
As a FOH Server at Pizza Friendly Pizza, you are the face of the guest experience from the moment someone walks in. In our counter-service environment, this role goes beyond taking orders. You help create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere while keeping the space clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout service.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly, efficient, and approachable manner
- Take orders accurately and address guest questions or concerns as they arise
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room throughout service
- Clear, clean, and reset tables to keep the space presentable at all times
- Assist with dishwashing and support BOH in keeping the kitchen clean and organized
- Complete assigned side work and daily tasks to support smooth operations
- Reconcile cash drawers and prepare accurate end-of-shift deposits
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members
- Help foster a positive, respectful, and friendly environment for both guests and staff
- Support a consistent and enjoyable guest experience from start to finish
Requirements:
About You:
- 1+ year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- You’re available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- You’re a genuinely kind, positive person who enjoys being around people
- You take pride in creating a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment
- You’re reliable, show up on time, and follow through on what you’re responsible for
- You’re a team player who communicates well and works respectfully with others
- You’re open to learning, taking feedback, and jumping in where needed
- You stay calm, flexible, and solutions-focused when things get busy
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep up in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Able to work with varying noise levels in a busy environment
