The Maids North Broward is looking for a highly motivated Operations & Sales Manager with strong leadership and commercial skills to manage our cleaning team and expand our client base in Coral Springs, Parkland, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Hillboro Beach, Tamarac Area.

This role combines operational supervision and sales strategies to offer our services to businesses, offices, and residential clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Cleaning Team Supervision

- Coordinate and manage the cleaning team to ensure quality and efficiency in services.
- Ensure compliance with cleaning and safety protocols.
- Provide training and ongoing support to employees.

2. Client Acquisition and Management (B2B & B2C Sales Role)

- Identify and contact businesses, offices, and commercial properties that may need our services.
- Present and sell cleaning services to local businesses and potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial and residential clients.
- Develop and close commercial agreements to expand the client portfolio.
- Follow business opportunities and conduct commercial visits.

3. Operations Optimization

- Organize routes and schedules to maximize team efficiency.
- Monitor inventory and cleaning supplies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all operations.

4. Administrative and Reporting Management

- Supervise staff attendance and performance.
- Prepare operational and sales reports.
- Collaborate on strategies for business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in sales and client acquisition in cleaning services, hospitality, or related sectors.
- Strong skills in negotiation, sales closing, and customer service.
- Experience in team management and operations.
- Proactive and results-oriented.

- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the area.
-Basic knowledge of digital tools (CRM, Google Sheets, email, social media).

-English mandatori and fluent in Spanish (required).
