We are seeking a driven and community-minded Sales Manager to lead and grow our Rockford market. This role combines leadership, networking, and hands-on sales efforts. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, developing, and motivating a high-performing sales team while personally driving growth through both door-to-door canvassing and relationship-based networking.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead by example through consistent field presence — knocking doors, attending local events, and cultivating community partnerships.
- Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Manage sales performance metrics, pipeline, and forecasting in collaboration with company leadership.
- Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction, job quality, and team culture.
- Collaborate closely with production and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and project delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in roofing, construction, or other home improvement sales leadership roles.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- A “lead-from-the-front” mentality; must be comfortable knocking doors and networking daily.
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Local to the Rockford area (required).
