THE WORK

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.

  • Lead hiring efforts for in-house team members and project-based contributors.

  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to meet hiring needs.

  • Work closely with leads and founders to align on priorities and timelines.

  • Help shape and scale recruiting processes as we grow.

  • Stay closely connected with the team to understand their needs and keep a pulse on our culture.

  • Transition into an HR Lead role within 12–18 months, owning broader people operations.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

  • 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with both technical and non-technical hiring.

  • Comfortable managing a range of hires—contract, freelance, and full-time.

  • Experience working with external vendors or third-party recruiters.

  • Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

  • Ability to take initiative and navigate challenges independently.

  • Well-organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Must be based in Houston, and available to work onsite with the team in Spring, TX.
