Job DescriptionPublic - Responsibilities
Manage daily scheduling for Rheumatology patients, including appointments, follow-ups, and procedure visits
Serve as primary desk nurse support for Rheumatology providers
Assist providers with in-office injections, including room setup and patient preparation
Monitor, stock, and check clinical supplies; ensure medications and materials are within expiration dates
Respond to patient communications via phone and Epic, including clinical questions, refill requests, and follow-ups
Triage patient concerns and route messages appropriately to providers or clinical staff
Document patient interactions and clinical support activities accurately in Epic
Coordinate care and communication between patients, providers, and clinical team members
Public - Required Skills
Active LVN license
Current BLS certification
Experience using Epic EMR
Public - Preferred Skills
Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Public - Schedule/Shift
Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
