Salary Range: $63,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of a team of shop floor employees.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering departments to address equipment issues and implement improvements.
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring availability for production needs.
- Troubleshoot production problems and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
