Job Description:
To research, process, and resolve Certificate, Individual Retirement Arrangement (IRA), and Payable on Death (POD) requests from members, contact center, and branch. Identify suspicious or fraudulent activity, place holds, and report/provide necessary documentation for review.

2. Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment
